Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Beat Crisco, sugar and eggs. Mix flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Add to Crisco, sugar and egg mixture.

Roll into small balls, then roll in sugar mixture of 2 Tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinamon.

Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake 400° F. for 8 to 10 minutes until slightly briowned.
